Emptied Products Part 3
And... you got it! Here is part 3 of our favorite beauty / skincare products! Read on for some of our cult favorites that are "emptied" in our beauty cabinets.
1. Paula's Choice Resist Advanced Smoothing Treatment
We love this product because it's basically a magic potion that sloughs off the dead skin cells, thanks to malic acid (derived from apples), glycolic acid, and beta hydroxy acid. It's imperative to use SPF with this potion, but you were probably already doing so if you're reading this article.
2. Avene Eau Thermale Skin Recovery Cream Rich
This moisturizer is great for dry skin, and we like to use to hydrate chapped, parched lips. It can be rather heavy if your skin is more normal or oily, but can be used as a mask instead of a moisturizer. Super star ingredients squalane and shea butter are behind the richness of this moisturizer.
3. Innersense Organic Beauty Quiet Calm Curl Control
A literal godsend of a product for those with hair on the drier side. Filled with glycerin, shea butter, rooibos extract, and lightly fragranced with orange peel oil, this is a holy grail status product for waves, curls, and anyone looking for an extra boost of hydration.
Having bought this on a quest to hydrate my lips once and for all, this lip sleeping mask has been a savior and more. It also plumps lips a ton, and helps prevent any moisture from escaping while sleeping. Packed with antioxidants such as blueberry and strawberry extracts, as well as vitamin C, I sleep even better knowing that I'm going to wake up with my lips, but the enhanced version, in the morning.
5. COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence
Looking to reduce post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, make your skin glow, and stimulate collagen production? This essence, containing snail mucin, arginine, and hyaluronic acid, will check off all three to-dos on your list. Definitely use an SPF with this product, as snail mucin acts as an AHA and can leave your skin more prone to sun damage.
