  1. Tropical Paradise Smoothie:
  • Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup coconut milk (or any other plant-based milk), 1 tablespoon honey (optional).
  • Instructions: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed for desired consistency. Serve chilled and enjoy the tropical flavors!
