Serving her community and helping as many humans as possible lies behind everything that she does, even her career in real estate.
Angel is the Co-Founder of Ahern & Collins Real Estate Team, an all-women team at Rodeo Realty in which they focus on client experience and mentoring new agents to reach their maximum potential. She has recently begun her own journey into real estate investments and is on track to have about 75 units by the end of the year. Humble beginnings are what really inspired Angel to pursue real estate. In her childhood and military experience, she bounced around from place to place. Angel wants to help others have what she did not have herself--a foundation and a stable home. She quickly realized the endless opportunities that real estate brings and the generational wealth it can create. This fuels her passion to empower others through homeownership and real estate investments.
As a mother, partner, veteran, investor, and entrepreneur Angel leads a busy life. So what is her secret to doing it all?
For Angel, it’s a strong village and team behind her. Without the amazing support system of the people around her, and lots of coffee paired with sleepless nights, Angel believes she would not be where she is today.
So her advice to you.... Build your own village and take care of yourself first!

Though Angel has become quite accomplished in 2021, she is not stopping there.
As the new year begins, Angel wants to continue helping others further their dreams in becoming homeowners or acquiring their own real estate investments, but she also wants to double her own real estate investments, launch content to help new agents, focus on mentoring her team, and launch her property management company.
Personally, she looks to be more present with her family, attain more balance, be more involved in her community, and continue breaking away from past traumas, so that she can be the best version of herself.
Above all, Angel encourages other women to create their own seat at the table.
