In light of our IT Box "Make a Splash" launch, we are introducing you to the IT Women of 2022 who are "Making a Splash" in their communities. Meet Pamela Jean Noble, an actress, model, founder of the nonprofit Noble Critters as well as a wife and mom. Pamela loves country music, hanging out with her son and taking him to places to make memories, date nights with her husband and being involved with her church.

Pamela talked to us about how she stays organized and balanced with so many things going on in her life, “It’s definitely a difficult juggle for sure. I think the big thing to do is to give yourself grace everyday if that list doesn’t get done or the house doesn’t get clean because there will always be a list. I try to write a list everyday of what I have to get done and if I have extra time what I could fit in so I don’t forget, and then mark things off as I do them. I normally try to get something done before my son gets up every morning. My husband and I always make time at the end of the day! My skin care routine and wind down time in bed is always “me” time if nothing else! But multitasking is key. For example I try to conquer folding laundry while my husband gives my son a bath every night. If you can schedule things like that I find it easiest so you don’t have a mountain of housework once the kids are in bed.” We admire Pamela’s emphasis on not being too hard on yourself and treating yourself, especially as a mom or wife.

We asked Pamela what it’s like running a nonprofit organization and if she has any advice for women who may be thinking about starting their own nonprofit. She says, “Never ending paperwork but really be prepared to do a lot! I think sometimes I do more filings then spend time working on it! It’s such a labor of love so if you start a nonprofit make sure you are truly passionate about it because it should never be to get rich and honestly it will be easy to quit if you don’t love it. I decided to have Noble Critters donate 100% of profits because I never wanted to have questions or have any negative light cast about where the money was going. All of our funds go to our animal sanctuary partners and I’m very happy we chose to do that!” Pamela’s efforts in founding and running her nonprofit are truly remarkable and inspiring for other women who may want to start a non profit.

Pamela also shared some of her future goals with us, “I would love to do more modeling and acting again if it was a job I was really in love with, but for now my goal is to raise my son and keep growing my business helping other women. It keeps me busy as is and I am grateful for doing it. I get to wake up every day, count my blessings, and make memories with my family. I couldn't ask for more.”

Pamela has some advice to share with other women, “At any stage in your life what matters most to you, what your calling is, what you're passionate about can change. Don’t fight it or stay doing something you don't love. This passion checks that box of doing what makes you happy and what you find meaning in. Life is too short and if I would have kept on my path three years ago I wouldn’t be as happy as I am today!” You can find Pamela on Instagram: @pamelajeannoble and check out the website for her nonprofit noblecritters.org.
